Payment Methods

Online payments are accepted via our secure shopping cart, powered by PayPal.

Shipping and Handling

All items are shipped via either USPS or UPS. Howler Monkey Imports handles only domestic orders. Orders are processed within two to three business days following receipt of payment, and delivery usually requires three to nine business days. Standard shipping is included for orders of $50.00 (USD) or more.

Warranty and Exchange Policy

At Howler Monkey Imports, customer satisfaction is important. Undamaged items returned within 10 days of the receipt of the order may be returned for an exchange or full refund minus the costs of shipping.
